In the heart of Hapur, Uttar Pradesh, a quiet revolution is underway. It began in 2022 when Harendra Singh—an engineer with a heart too large to ignore suffering—witnessed a paralyzed dog dragging itself through the street, alone and in pain.
From that single act of empathy, Voice of Stray Animals – Hapur (VOSAH) was born: a registered non-profit charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming injured, ill, and paralyzed stray animals.
Numbers that tell our story of hope
Every action we take is driven by one simple belief: every life matters
Swift responses to public calls, bringing injured strays to safety with 24/7 emergency support.
From wound care to complex surgeries, each animal receives a customized healing plan.
Handcrafted wheelchairs and mobility aids for our paralyzed rescues, giving them freedom.
Clean kennels, daily meals, and gentle care in a safe, loving environment.
Whether it's a forever home or monthly sponsor, we build lasting bonds.
Spreading awareness through community events and school programs.
"While many shelters prioritize healthy or adoptable animals, we welcome those the world has forgotten—paralyzed dogs, animals with spinal injuries, trauma survivors."
Every life matters—whether it runs, limps, or wheels.
Every action, no matter how small, creates ripples of hope
These animals are not just survivors—they are symbols of resilience.
